Susanne works as a chaplain at Stevens Hospital in Edmonds, Washington. She is experienced in working with persons who are facing chronic illness, pain, death or the loss of a loved one, and in helping with the grieving that accompanies these losses.
In Seattle, Susanne has started a local support and accountability group for Quakers in Pastoral Care and Counseling.
Susanne has completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education the educational components that make her eligible for certification with the Association for Professional Chaplains, should she later seek certification.
