The goal for the Institute is to
- open the possibilities of how group discernment may be helpful in each participants congregation or organization; and
- empower each participant with the tools of theological and spiritual formation understanding, practical skills and experiential opportunities.
The content of the institute is divided among major presentations, storytelling/case
studies by local pastors and Christian leaders, interest groups and papers presented
by fellow participants, a experiential learning exercise and Individual Discernment Plans.
